My mission is to help you bring more joy & peace into your life by helping you return to your heart and embody love and who you truly are - an infinite being, having a human experience.

On ethics, morals & beliefs

One of the important things about developing or evolving through our spiritual journey that I find important, is to have a think about values, morals and ethics. It's something that I wish to see more in the new-age / woo-woo spirituality space online, as some claims I have seen have been questionable at best, and dangerous at worst.

Even if you don't end up working with me, I hope you will remember how important it is to please, please use your discernment when interacting with those who either can or claim to be able to tap into your energy field! We are all human, with various skills and different beliefs, and importantly with different moral compasses.

I would go as far as to venture that when you are looking for an energy healer or spiritual guide, rather than focus on whether your beliefs align 100%, you might want to consider if your understanding of morality is in alignment. Beliefs can evolve and change as we awaken to different dimensions of perception, but our core understanding of morality tends to stay somewhat self-similar through the process of the spiritual journey (I have met many who now have a spiritual belief when maybe they didn't some years back, but I have yet to meet someone who didn't condone hurting others prior to their awakening, who now feels great about causing willful harm).

And also, what may seem so out of reach to you in one phase of your life may become a skillset you develop later (that's the best part about what I get to do: help you empower yourself with these very skills!).

On Spirituality:

My belief is that there is not a single 'right' way to express our spirituality. There are many people that I deeply love and cherish, who have beliefs vastly different than mine, whether they practice a religion strictly or whether they are atheist. I've had a bit of a windy path through my own spiritual journey, so I tend to use language you'll find in new age / woo woo spirituality. And even though I try to use language that might be inclusive of many spiritual beliefs, the reality is that it will possibly be triggering to some, or inept for others.

And maybe I should mention it here as well: I absolutely believe that energy healing modalities and a developing inner journey go hand in hand. Right now, I believe that that inner journey is a spiritual one, and I wouldn't know how else to describe it. However, there is no need to believe in something particular to receive the benefits of an energy healing session.

A few years ago, I would've simply told you that my mission on this earth is to guide awakening lightworkers through their ascension journey. But living in this very human, evolving world, I also want to acknowledge that even though I still very much love what 'lightworker' and 'ascension' mean to me, I have seen the words be used in a way that doesn't resonate with me.

I feel so grateful to be able to write that I can write that I am a healer, as developing these skills along with my connection to All That Is has been one of the biggest blessings in my life.
